My answer to NDOSPARK320.

Rich's 16 is the Tumbler-16. All of the ones marked "tumblers" turn upside-down halfway through the period. I used this designation esp. if there was no name applicable.

What are you talking about? Would you please write the RLE script down?

I identified 3 other oscillators that I'd call Tumblers, a P4, a P8,and a P16. So I would call this pimple a Tumbler-14.

An ancestor to the Tumbler-14 was found, but it's not elegant: junk almost doubles the length of time it takes for the Tumbler-14 to stand alone in the field. Otherwise it's about 53 gen.

Geez, why is this TOO sole p14?
