I found a 46G synthesis (no other synthesis was known at the time of writing) based on a C4_4 soup, although I had to search probably hundreds of soups before I found a suitable reaction, which was made up of 8 blocks and 4 B-heptominoes. The reaction itself (22G) could probably be improved, but only if you are willing to sift through hundreds more soups, and the cleanup (24G) can almost certainly be improved.
