This is the longest canoe variant that has occurred naturally, although xs17_y4g84213zxg8421zca1 has occurred in a soup without diagonal symmetry. Most natural occurrences involve a honey farm hitting two boats and two blocks (but sometimes one or both of the blocks are replaced by honey farms), but there are others, such as a pi-heptomino reacting with a wing, ship, and some additional chaos. Despite how simple this would be to construct (10G at most due to two excess blocks), the cheapest synthesis uses a different predecessor based on a reaction between a butterfly and four gliders.
